Regulate - A Nervous System Intro Course for Hypermobile Humans

 

Regulate is the missing first step most people need in order to be successful with a movement practice, including everyday activities. 

Regulate teaches you simple, effective neuro drills and everyday strategies that help you create a more stable baseline so that:
